Shipping Time and Shipping Costs
It takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping time depends on your address and the selected shipping method (Flat Rate, Standard Rate and Express). Estimated shipping time and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address.
Please note. Carriers will differ between orders and regions. We usually use FedEx, UPS and DHL, but depending on the address, we may use other regional postal services. Regardless of your address and carrier, your order will be delivered by courier to your door and you do not need to visit any post office.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
