What currency is your pricing listed in?
Our prices are listed in US Dollars.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.).
Is your site safe and secure?
YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
Where do I enter my discount code?
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘Apply coupon’, then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
SHIPPING
Where in the World do your products ship to?
We ship to all countries and territories, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as Alvarie doesn’t ship to these destinations.
Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
How long does fulfillment take?
98% of our orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Please note:
- Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- The fulfillment averages you see on the checkout page are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
- Our fulfillment averages don’t account for the time an order might be put on hold.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
- Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
- backpacks
- jewelry
- mugs
- postcards and stickers
- pillows with stuffing
- posters
- framed posters
- canvas
- bean bag cases
- keychains and pet tags
- water bottles
- notebooks
- blankets
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system.
Note that for international shipments, tracking info might appear even later. So don’t worry, your shipment is still on track for its destination.
What happens if a package wasn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but the customer says they haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your customer’s address in an unexpected location. Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
What if the product got damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@alvarie.com. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Any claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Don’t forget: if you’re contacting us about an order, we need your email address or order number to sort things out ASAP!
